1. Product and services
Voicelamp is our digital product for creating AI audio. A product plan gives access under the plan terms; a separate service engagement covers custom audio creation or integration work agreed with our team.
Product access and custom service work are different purchases. We confirm the deliverables, usage limits, support, and timeline for the selected option before payment.
2. Plans and pricing
Voicelamp product plans and usage prices have not been published yet. We will not charge for a plan until its price, included usage, renewal terms, and any additional charges are shown to the customer. For current availability, request a written quote.
Custom AI audio services are quoted separately. The quote states the scope and total payable amount in PKR or USD before the customer accepts it. Our pricing page explains currency conversion and service payment terms.
3. Customer journey and payment
- Choose a published Voicelamp plan or ask us to scope a custom audio service.
- Review the price, currency, usage limits, and terms before placing an order.
- When live gateway approval is complete, proceed as a guest to Rapid Gateway's secure hosted checkout; until then, arrange payment through a written invoice.
- We activate the purchased product access or begin the agreed service only after payment is verified. A sandbox test does not activate access or place a real order.
