How Our Business Works.

SoftApex Technologies is a Pakistan-based digital services business serving clients in Pakistan and internationally. We provide software development, design, technology consulting, and related digital services. Our work and deliverables are digital; we do not ship physical products.

1. What customers buy

Our services are organized by specialty. Each service has a defined starter package with its scope and price on Pricing & Payments. Custom project work is scoped in a written proposal; its price, timeline, deliverables, revisions, and payment milestones are recorded before work starts.

2. Customer journey

  1. Choose a listed starter package or request a custom quotation.
  2. Share your requirements and contact details. We confirm the scope, deliverables, schedule, and total amount in writing.
  3. Review and accept the quotation, then pay the agreed advance using the method stated on the invoice.
  4. Receive an order and payment confirmation by email. We begin the agreed work and share progress at the stated milestones.
  5. Review the digital deliverables, request corrections within the agreed scope, and pay any remaining milestone invoice.

3. Intended payment gateway use

We intend to use Rapid Gateway to collect payment for clearly priced digital service packages and agreed project invoices. A customer sees the service, scope, amount, and currency before being sent to the provider's secure hosted checkout. The provider processes the payment and sends a verifiable result so we can confirm the order. No customer account is required and we do not store full card numbers or CVVs. The current checkout is TEST MODE only: it demonstrates the complete guest flow without collecting money or placing an order. Live payment will follow merchant approval and production integration.

4. Delivery and support

We deliver websites, applications, source code, designs, reports, and consulting remotely, as applicable to the order. The delivery method and timeline are set out in our Service Delivery Policy. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what happens if work is cancelled or cannot be delivered.
