1. No physical shipping
SoftApex Technologies provides software, design and technology services. All deliverables are digital, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.
2. When work starts
Work starts within 2 business days after we receive the advance payment and the information we need from you. You receive an email confirming the payment and the project start date.
3. How we deliver
- Websites and web applications: deployed to your hosting or domain, or to a staging link for review.
- Mobile applications: test builds shared for review, then submitted to the app stores on your account.
- Source code: transferred to your code repository, or shared as a download link.
- Designs, documents and reports: shared by email or through a secure file link.
- Consulting and support: delivered in online meetings, by email and through our support channels.
4. Timelines
The delivery timeline for each project is written in your proposal or invoice, broken into milestones. We send progress updates at each milestone. If something outside our control, or a delay in receiving your content or feedback, affects the timeline, we tell you in writing and agree a new date with you.
5. Confirming delivery
Each delivery is confirmed by email with a link to, or a list of, what was delivered. You have 7 days to review it and request corrections within the agreed scope, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
6. If a delivery is late or not received
If you have not received a delivery by the agreed date, email support@softapextechnologies.online. We reply within 2 business days. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
