Pricing & Payments.

Every project gets a written quotation before any payment is made. You always know the price, what it includes and when each payment is due.

1. How pricing works

Software projects differ a lot in size, so most of our work is priced per project after a free consultation. You receive a written quotation in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that lists the scope, deliverables, timeline, milestones and the total price. International clients can be quoted in US Dollars (USD).

We offer three ways to work with us:

  • Fixed-price project: one agreed price for a clearly defined scope, such as a website, app or system. Billed by milestone.
  • Monthly service: maintenance, support, hosting management or a dedicated developer or team for a fixed monthly fee. Cancel any time.
  • Hourly consulting: technical advice, architecture and code reviews and troubleshooting, billed by the hour at the rate given in your quotation.

2. Payment schedule

  • Fixed-price projects: 50% advance to start, 50% on final delivery. Larger projects may be split into more milestones.
  • Monthly services: billed in advance at the start of each month.
  • Hourly consulting: billed in advance for the agreed number of hours.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days. Taxes that apply by law are shown separately on the invoice.

3. Payment methods

  • Online payment by debit card, credit card or digital wallet through our secure payment gateway.
  • Bank transfer to our business account, details of which are given on the invoice.

Online payments are processed on the payment provider's secure page. We never see or store your full card number or CVV. You receive a payment confirmation by email.

4. How to order

  • Tell us what you need through the contact form or by email.
  • We send you a quotation, normally within 2 business days.
  • Accept the quotation and pay the advance invoice to confirm your order.
  • We deliver as described in our Service Delivery Policy.

5. Refunds

If you cancel, refunds are made under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancelling before work starts gives a full refund.
